What information is collected?
Clients can register with Cache, which means we ask for contact details and other relevant information for our records. In each instance we ask for your name, email address and other appropriate personal information that would be needed to register for or subscribe to our client services. In the case of newsletters or mailing lists, you will be able to "unsubscribe" at any time.
Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested. We maintain a strict No-Spam policy that means that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your email address to a third-party.
If you choose to register with Cache you will be asked to supply a user name and password. These will allow you to access private Client Login pages on the site.
As a security precaution, never use the same password you use to login to your computer or local area network.
We will ensure that your information is handled confidentially and only used to enhance your visit to our site and communication with our team. If you would like to contact us please use the contact information provided on the Contact page. Your information will not be disclosed to any outside organization.
Why do I need to register?
Registration offers you a range of services and access to information that is not made available to other users. Access to this information requires a login. Nevertheless, you do not need to register to visit the basic Cache web site.
How do I register?
When you try to access information requiring a login you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you have not already registered, a link will be provided for you to register. Registration will not be complete until you are a valid Cache client. Our team will contact you to confirm your successful registration. Invalid or bogus registrations will be ignored.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password you can request that it be emailed to you, by clicking on the password reminder link on the login form. A new password will be automatically generated for you. Please note this information will only be sent to the email address entered at the original registration.
What else should I know about my privacy when online?
The Cache web site contains links to other web sites. Cache is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. Cache does not share any of the individual personal information you provide the professional with any other sites, companies or organisations.
